Job Description

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Guide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum principles and best practices
• Remove impediments and proactively resolve blockers impacting delivery
• Shield the team from external interruptions and manage stakeholder interference
• Track sprint metrics such as velocity, burndown, and team performance
• Support continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable insights
• Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure backlog readiness and prioritization
• Promote transparency, accountability, and collaboration within the team
• Identify risks and escalate issues when necessary
• Foster a high-performing, self-organizing team environment
• Ensure adherence to Agile processes and organizational standards
• Facilitate effective communication between team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields
• 3 - 5 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile role
• CSM or PSM certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing team dynamics
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
