We're looking for a Sales Operations Manager (Electronic Channels & VMI) to join our team at DrugStoc EHub.

This role goes beyond traditional sales. You'll be responsible for turning commercial strategy into a structured, measurable, and accountable operating process across our various channels.

What you'll own:

• End-to-end management of the six-stage client pipeline
• Pipeline conversion tracking and process accountability
• Marketing-to-Business hand-off management
• Onboarding and cross-functional coordination
• ERP tagging and virtual warehouse oversight
• Auto-generated Sales Order cycle management
• KPI monitoring, reporting, and performance insights
• Account health, churn-risk monitoring, and expansion
• Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programme oversight, reconciliation, and risk control

We're looking for someone who is highly analytical, process-driven, commercially aware, and excellent at driving accountability across teams.
