Job Overview

• Provide timely and effective technical support to salesmen and internal teams, ensuring efficient use of the Selldor platform and related systems.
• Act as the liaison between IT and the sales field team, monitor operations, and ensure system integrity across sales and depot processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely support to salesmen via phone, email, or in-person for Selldor-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Selldor system errors and malfunctions.
• Act as the communication bridge between Lebanon IT Unit and local salesmen for all Selldor issues.
• Deliver comprehensive Selldor training to new salesmen and guidance to existing users.
• Share updates on new features using accurate information, visuals, and videos as needed.
• Monitor salesmen cashboxes daily and prompt cash deposit and regular zerowising.
• Ensure salesmen warehouses are empty after each trip; verify status of transitory warehouses.
• Prepare and update IOU monitoring report daily, ensuring trip durations stay within allowed timelines.
• Provide Visual Dolphin support across depot operations and resolve related issues.
• Monitor Request Transfer Goods (RTGs) ensuring linkage to trips and no idle records.
• Banking - Posting bank deposits made by salesmen and billing operators.
• POS - Posting expenses for both manual and Selldor-based trips.
• Billing & Cashiers - Supporting cashbox zero wising and deposit postings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 1 - 3 years of relevant technical or system support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Selldor and Mobile Admin platforms.
• Familiarity with Visual Dolphin software.
• Analytical and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide training and user support effectively
