Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on leads to achieve monthly sales targets.
Promote and sell the company's real estate products to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships while providing excellent af- ter-sales support.
Conduct property inspections, presentations, and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
Key Requirements
Candidates should possess an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or any related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer relationship management.
Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and close sales effectively.
Self-motivated, target-driven, computer literate, and capable of working inde- pendently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
