Sales Executive / Territory Manager At Workforce Group

Job Summary

• Our client is seeking aggressive, target-driven and customer-focused sales professionals with strong field sales and customer acquisition experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers within assigned territories.
• Conduct extensive field prospecting and direct sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Provide regular sales and market feedback to management.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND
• 2 - 5 years of relevant sales experience
• Strong customer acquisition and prospecting skills
• Target-driven and commercially minded
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable with extensive field activities
• Strong follow-up and relationship management abilities
• Resilient, energetic and results-oriented

Candidates from the following backgrounds are encouraged to apply:

• Field Sales / Door-to-Door Sales: Hands-on experience in direct field sales, prospecting and customer acquisition.
• Microfinance: Experience in customer acquisition, loan sales, collections and customer repayment structures.
• Banking: Experience in direct sales, customer acquisition, relationship management or retail banking.
• Telecommunications: Experience selling SIM cards, data, broadband or enterprise solutions, with strong field prospecting experience.
• POS / Fintech: Experience in POS sales, merchant acquisition, loans, accounts, payment solutions or similar customer acquisition roles.
• Insurance: Experience in life, health or general insurance sales, with strong prospecting, persuasion, follow-up and objection-handling skills.

Remuneration

• Salary: N150,000 Monthly
• Transport Allowance: N30,000 Monthly
• Additional Earnings: Commission on Sales
