Sales Executive / Life Planner At Enterprise Life Assurance

We are looking for driven, self-motivated individuals to join our sales team as Life Planners. As a Life Planner, you will identify prospective clients, understand their financial protection needs, and offer tailored life insurance and investment-linked solutions. This role offers flexible working hours, structured training, and a clear path to leadership positions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and direct outreach
• Conduct needs-based financial consultations to recommend suitable insurance and savings/investment products
• Present, explain, and close sales on life insurance policies and related products
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high retention and satisfaction
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions

Requirements

• Minimum of an OND/HND/Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strong self-motivation with the ability to work independently and meet targets
• Prior sales, marketing, or customer-facing experience is an advantage (not mandatory)
• Must reside in Mainland Lagos (Preferably around Oshodi, Maryland, Ikeja and surrounding environs).
• Basic proficiency with smartphones/digital tools for client management
• Integrity, professionalism, and a client-first mindset
• Age 22 and above
