Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily sales operations and customer order processing.
  • Coordinates real time incoming delivery orders originating from the J-Six2u direct channels, online ordering portal, and external aggregators like Chowdeck and Glovo.
  • Supervise the flow of customer orders from receipt to fulfillment.
  • Assigns delivery routes efficiently to internal dispatch riders to optimize cost of delivery.
  • Liaise with the restaurant supervisor, dispatch team, and cashiers to ensure timely order delivery.
  • Collaborates daily with outlet accountants to reconcile POS terminal slips, cash on delivery payments, and digital receipts.
  • Coordinates with kitchen production and supervisors using Product Transfer Notes (PTNs) to verify that packaged delivery meals match order tickets and meet brand presentation standards.
  • Monitor product availability and communicate replenishment requirements.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Resolve customer enquiries and complaints promptly while maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with company operational procedures and service standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor sales performance and recommend improvement initiatives.
  • Support management in implementing sales and operational strategies.

Requirements

  • Possess an HND, or BSc in Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related disciplines with 2- 3 years of experience in QSR operations, Logistics management, or Customer service coordination.
  • Capacity to maintain composure and coordinate dispatch operations, ability to work effectively under pressure during peak periods
  • Functional Literacy in digital POS backend systems, delivery tracker apps, basic Excel data entries and instant messaging group management.
  • Only candidates living around Ijora axis will be considered for this role.
