Requirements

  • 4-7 years' relevant experience in Risk Management, Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk, Technology Risk, Internal Control, Audit or a related field.
  • Experience in fintech, banking, payments or other regulated financial services is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, assess and monitor financial, operational, technology, strategic, compliance and emerging risks.
  • Maintain and update the organisation's Enterprise Risk Register and track risk mitigation actions.
  • Conduct periodic risk assessments and Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs).
  • Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), risk appetite and tolerancethresholds, escalating breaches where necessary.
