A PhD or Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Industrial Relations, Sociology, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline and at least three (3) peer-reviewed publications, and a minimum of 5 years working/professional experience, in relevant industry/applicable field, this is subject to demonstrable evidence of professional competence, research capacity and scholarly contribution.
General Requirements:
The basic qualification for Teaching positions is a First degree not below Second-Class Upper Division; or a Second-Class Lower Division with a PhD.
