We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team and support recruitment across our Engineering, Power and Industrial operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience recruiting technical and engineering professionals, with a good understanding of the talent market within the power, manufacturing, engineering, and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering, power, technical, and corporate positions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Source and attract qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and industry contacts.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of engineering and technical professionals.
Screen CVs and conduct competency-based interviews.
Coordinate technical and management interviews with hiring managers.
Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Conduct salary benchmarking and gather relevant market intelligence.
Support offer negotiation and ensure timely offer rollout.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide regular recruitment reports.
Develop relationships with technical professionals and talent pools within the power, engineering, manufacturing, construction, and industrial sectors.
Support urgent and bulk recruitment requirements while ensuring agreed recruitment timelines are met.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree / HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
4 - 6 years of recruitment experience, with significant exposure to engineering, power, manufacturing, or technical recruitment.
Proven experience recruiting roles such as Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Power Plant Engineers, Maintenance Engineers, Project Engineers, Technicians, Operators, and other technical professionals.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
Good understanding of technical Job Description s and the ability to assess candidates against technical requirements.
Strong interviewing, negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Experience within an engineering, power, manufacturing, EPC, construction, or industrial organization will be strongly preferred.
HR professional certification will be an added advantage.
