We are seeking a knowledgeable, dedicated and experienced Qur'an Memorization Teacher to join our school team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding students through structured Qur'an memorization, revision and recitation, ensuring correct pronunciation and application of Tajweed rules, monitoring students' memorization progress and fostering a disciplined and spiritually enriching learning environment.
Requirements
A strong command of the Qur'an and excellent memorization (Hifz) skills.
Formal Islamic education or certification in Qur'anic studies is an added advantage.
At least 2 years of experience teaching Qur'an memorization with Tajweed.
Demonstrable ability to teach students of different ages and learning abilities.
Ability to identify and correct students' recitation and memorization errors.
Patience, discipline and a nurturing approach to teaching children and young learners.
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to monitor, assess and maintain accurate records of students' memorization progress.
A strong commitment to students' moral development, character building and academic excellence.
