The role ensures the quality, safety and regulatory compliance of the clinic. Promotes a culture of excellence, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the clinic remains inspection and accreditation ready. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead quality improvement initiatives and drive evidence-based Outcomes across the clinic.
Develop, implement and monitor quality, occupational health, safety and compliance policies and
Oversee infection-control activities across all patient-care areas Of the clinic (consulting rooms, treatment/ infusion rooms, lobby/reception areas).
Advise staff health, workplace safety, and promote employee well-being.
Maintain full regulatory compliance and continuous inspection/ accreditation readiness.
Investigate incidents, complaints and poor-quality outcomes and ensure timely resolution.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, or a related healthcare discipline (Master's- level quaffication is an advantage)
Minimum 2 years' experience in quality, compliance, healthcare administration, or a regulatory role
Experience working in a multi-disciplinary clinical environment
Experience developing and maintaining protocols, policies, and procedures
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
