The role involves designing electrical services solutions based on engineering principles, securing user alignment, and providing technical support for both CAPEX and OPEX projects.
Responsibilities include leading electrical, automation, and instrumentation projects, ensuring contractor selection and evaluation, and overseeing project execution from inception to commissioning and handover.
The role also includes adherence to PM&E and procurement guidelines, managing bidding processes, and preparing job assessment and completion certificates for ongoing and completed projects, ensuring proper documentation and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Resolve operational problems related to projects and minimize delays or unexpected cost increases.
Responsible for project success whether project leader or as part of a project team.
Ensure all relevant safety objectives and legal requirements are observed for all work completed.
Interpret client requirements identify and address design parameters and engineering problems and ensure solutions are implemented accurately and in budget.
To participate in contractors' pre-qualification and post evaluation for all projects
Prepare Job completion certificates for all completed projects.
Engineering, Project Execution and Completion.
Supervise execution base on approved designs to meet project requirements.
Create accurate Bill of Engineering materials.
Conduct cost estimation.
Project Management: oversee project workflow and support internal and external resources to ensure timely delivery of projects, expected quality, and allotted budget.

Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in any Engineering discipline (Electrical Engineering as main subject).
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of cognate experience in consulting / construction industry.
Required Skills:
Project planning, scheduling.
Cost estimation and budgeting.
Risk assessment.
Vendor and contractor coordination / management.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Strong computer Skills especially Excel, word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and email applications.
Ability to prioritize with excellent time management skills.
