- We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Programme Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end execution, academic quality, and operational profitability of our incubation cohorts and training tracks.
- In this role, you will hold executive accountability for curriculum architecture, facilitator governance, cohort retention, and direct margin optimization.
- You will serve as the strategic lead driving learning quality and participant engagement, ensuring our programmes consistently deliver measurable impact for founders and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Programme Architecture & Execution:
- Lead the strategic planning, scheduling, and execution of all incubation and training cohortsfrom curriculum mapping and Learning Management System (LMS) setup to graduation and post-cohort retrospectives.
- Oversee instructional design, learning outcomes, and progression standards across all cohort tracks.
Facilitator Governance & Network Management:
- Source, recruit, audit, and onboard external facilitators, guest lecturers, and industry mentors.
- Performance-manage external instructional talent, ensuring strict adherence to session timetables, teaching standards, and contractual scope.
Cohort Retention & Quality Assurance:
- Implement proactive participant retention strategies, monitor attendance metrics, and resolve academic grievances.
- Run post-module and end-of-cohort evaluation audits to consistently achieve a participant satisfaction feedback score of 4.5 out of 5 and an average cohort completion rate of 85% or higher.
Financial Governance & Direct Margin Optimization:
- Oversee total programme operational budgets, cost efficiency, and resource allocation.
- Manage direct delivery costs to maintain a target 35% direct programme margin across cohorts.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Supervise and direct the Operations Coordinator on venue, AV/IT, and session logistics execution.
- Partner with the Talent Manager to align curriculum modules with practical venture creation and founder readiness milestones.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 4 - 6 years of experience in programme management, instructional delivery, or cohort operations within the tech, incubator, or education ecosystem in Nigeria.
- Leadership & Governance: Proven track record of managing operational budgets, facilitator networks, and cohort progression pipelines.
- Tech & Tool Proficiency: Advanced proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Google Workspace, project management tools (Asana/Notion/Trello), and virtual delivery platforms (Zoom/Teams).
- Analytical & Strategic Skills: Strong financial literacy for managing direct project margins alongside exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Gross Monthly Salary: N450,000 per month.
- Work Allowances: N60,000 monthly allowance.
