The Program Manager is responsible for leading the execution of high-impact healthcare programs and strategic initiatives across Federal and State levels.
The role serves as a catalyst for building and managing partnerships that strengthen healthcare delivery, expand patient access, and drive measurable health outcomes.
The position will coordinate diverse stakeholders across government, healthcare institutions, professional associations, NGOs, donor agencies, pharmaceutical companies, private sector organizations, and healthcare funders to ensure successful implementation of programs.
The Program Manager will drive ecosystem collaboration, facilitate strategic partnerships, support market access initiatives, and ensure the effective translation of strategic priorities into tangible results across the healthcare landscape.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Public Health, Health Sciences, Biological Sciences, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
A minimum of second class upper degree is required.
Master's Degree in Public Health (MPH), Business Administration (MBA), Healthcare Management, Health Economics, International Development, or a related discipline is strongly preferred.
