As Pool Attendant, you'll own the cleanliness, safety, and atmosphere of our poolside facility, directly shaping guest satisfaction. If spotless is your baseline and safety is instinct, this role is yours. Responsibilities Maintain pool water quality through daily chemical treatment and accurate log completion Clean pool and surrounding area, removing debris before guests arrive each shift Inspect poolside furniture, equipment, and amenities and arrange them to standard Monitor the pool area throughout your shift and address hazards immediately Assist guests with poolside requests warmly and professionally every interaction Complete opening and closing procedures and store all equipment correctly Requirements 1-3 years of experience Pool cleaning and maintenance Chemical treatment and water quality monitoring Safety hazard identification and escalation Guest-facing service Equipment inspection and fault reporting Record-keeping and log compliance Pool water chemical testing and treatment Maintenance log and compliance documentation Pool equipment operation and basic maintenance Hazard identification and safety escalation Poolside guest service etiquette Preferred Qualifications Lifesaving or pool safety certification What the Role Offers Strong performers who demonstrate operational discipline and guest service excellence may progress into senior facility roles or broader hotel operations as YellowDoor grows. - Boutique, fast-paced, and high-standard.
