Role Description

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree/HND in Engineering, Production Management, Operations Management, Food Science, Agricultural Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in plant, manufacturing, production, agro-processing, FMCG or a related industry.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a managerial or senior supervisory role.
  • Experience in rice milling, food processing or agro-processing is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record in improving production efficiency, yield, equipment reliability and cost effectiveness.
