Pharmacy Technician - Festac At St. Ives Specialist Hospital

Job Description / Key Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare prescription orders, including counting, pouring, and labeling medications.
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Maintain patient records and update informationon the EMR.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients, doctors, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, organizing prescriptions, and maintaining a clean workspacein the pharmacy.
• Follow all pharmacy laws, regulations, and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a relevant qualification with 2 - 3 years experience.
