The Senior Partnerships and Compliance Officer will contribute to expanding our client's partnership portfolio, strengthening donor engagement, managing compliance systems, and supporting the organization's broader strategic and programmatic goals.
The role is ideal for a strategic, relationship-driven, and detail-oriented professional with strong experience in partnership development, grant management, and organizational compliance within the nonprofit or development sector.
Job Description
Develop and manage strategic partnerships with government agencies, donors, nonprofits, and corporate organizations to support organizational goals and funding opportunities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, managing partner relationships, agreements, and collaborative engagements.
Oversee organizational compliance by developing policies, conducting audits and risk assessments, and ensuring adherence to donor regulations and industry standards.
Support grant acquisition and donor management processes, including proposal development, reporting, documentation, and compliance with funding requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to monitor project deliverables, evaluate partnership impact, and document organizational achievements and success stories.
Provide staff training and technical support on partnership management and compliance while identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes, and operational efficiency.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law, International Relations, Public Policy, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Project Management, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications or certifications in compliance, partnerships, grant, or project management are an added advantage.
4 - 7 years of experience in partnership management, donor relations, compliance, grant management, or stakeholder engagement within nonprofit, development, or social impact organizations.
Strong knowledge of donor compliance, organizational governance, risk management, grant proposal development, donor reporting, and institutional partnership management.
Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and negotiation skills, with high attention to detail, professionalism, accountability, and commitment to mission-driven work.
