National Sales Manager (natural Stone) At Ascentech Services Limited

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven National Sales Manager - Natural Stone to lead and drive nationwide sales for our granite, marble, and other natural stone products.
• The ideal candidate must have strong experience within the granite, marble, natural stone, building materials, construction, or related industry.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing national sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, expanding the dealer and institutional customer network, driving revenue growth, and leading the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 - 10 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the granite, marble, natural stone, building materials, construction materials, or related industry.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a large or geographically dispersed sales team.
• Strong knowledge of the Nigerian building and construction materials market.
• Strong network of dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, developers, and institutional buyers.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
• Ability to travel across Nigeria when required.
• Strong leadership, business development, and relationship management skills.

Required Competencies:

Good Communication Skills:

• Ability to understand and communicate product details effectively.
• Knowledge of Nigerian Building Market Products
• Strong understanding of the Nigerian building materials and construction market.

Product Knowledge & Competitor Information:

• Good knowledge of natural stone products, competitors, dealers, and institutional buyers within the industry.

Sales Reporting & Forecasting:

• Strong ability in planning, reporting, forecasting, and coordinating with the sales team.

Marketing & Business Development:

• Ability to drive marketing activities in marketplaces and introduce innovative marketing ideas.

Negotiation & Persuasion Skills:

• Strong ability to negotiate, influence customers, and close high-value business deals.
