Job Description

• Oversee end-to-end credit risk management for mortgage loan businesses, establish and optimize mortgage risk assessment standards, policies and workflows.
• Conduct regular risk monitoring, track portfolio quality, identify potential default risks, and submit risk analysis reports and early warnings.
• Review high-value or complex mortgage credit applications, conduct due diligence on borrowers, collaterals and related documents.
• Collaborate with sales, underwriting, post-loan and legal teams to resolve risk issues, formulate risk mitigation and control measures.
• Analyze mortgage market trends, borrower credit characteristics and risk cases, continuously improve risk control models and review rules.
• Manage the mortgage risk team, arrange daily work, conduct professional training and performance evaluation.
