We are seeking a passionate, patient, and creative Nursery Montessori Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Montessori principles and early childhood education, creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment that supports the holistic development of young children. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver age-appropriate Montessori lessons and activities. Create a nurturing, safe, and inclusive classroom environment. Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Observe, assess, and maintain records of each child's progress. Prepare and organize Montessori learning materials. Foster independence, creativity, and problem-solving skills in children. Communicate regularly with parents on children's progress and development. Maintain classroom cleanliness and ensure children's safety at all times. Participate in staff meetings, training, and school events. Requirements: Minimum of an NCE, OND, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field. Montessori certification or relevant Montessori teaching experience is an added advantage. At least 1 year of experience teaching nursery-aged children. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children. Strong classroom management skills.
