Major Responsibilities:

  • Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure quality control procedures are followed.
  • Adhere to all laboratory safety protocols and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor in Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS)
  • Valid Medical Laboratory Scientist License (MLSCN)
  • Ability to maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.
  • Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex medical concepts for clients or colleagues.

Other Requirement:

  • Minimum of 2 years post-NYSC professional work experience.
  • Proven experience working as a Medical Laboratory Scientist.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate both electrical and non-electrical laboratory equipment.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
