We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Technician to join our team.

Job Description

  • Execute preventive maintenance and rapid troubleshooting, ensuring production machinery runs efficiently and reliably to meet manufacturing targets.
  • Understand the process flow and function of each production machineries.
  • Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out necessary repairs promptly.
  • Inspect machinery and equipment to identify potential breakdowns or maintenance needs.
  • Perform equipment installation, adjustments, alignment and maintenance.
  • Ensure machines operate safely, efficiently and in line with required standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs and equipment conditions.
  • Support troubleshooting and minimize machine downtime.
  • Work closely with the production and engineering teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Adhere to all company safety procedures and maintenance standards.

Requirements

  • Education: HND, B.Tech, or B.Eng in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a technician within the Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic, Food, or Manufacturing industries.

Possess strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Have good knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs, and automation processes. Demonstrate the ability to interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings accurately. Be physically fit and capable of working in a factory. Salary / Benefits N250,000 - N300,000 / month.
