Roles & Responsibilities

  • The MD/CEO will provide strategic leadership and overall stewardship of the organisation, driving sustainable growth, fundraising, donor engagement, and strategic partnerships.
  • The role incumbent will also be responsible for strengthening organisational performance, ensuring good governance, and advancing the organisation's mission and long-term impact.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business, Finance, Public Health, Public Policy, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant executive education or professional qualifications is desirable.
  • 10 years' relevant leadership experience spanning financial, operational, programme, or institutional management, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
  • Experience in the non-profit, development, healthcare, philanthropic, or public sector.
  • Strong creative thinking skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and drive innovation.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset, demonstrating initiative, resilience, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Good track record in fundraising, donor engagement, business development, and strategic partnerships.
  • Sound stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging Boards, government, development partners, and corporate leaders.
  • Extensive networks, strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to drive organisational growth and impact.
