Requirements & Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a closely related quantitative field (Master's degree preferred). Licensure: Valid state or national teaching credential for secondary mathematics. Experience: 2+ years of experience teaching middle school or high school mathematics preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency with graphing calculators, mathematical visualization software (e.g., Desmos, GeoGebra), and learning management systems. Soft Skills: High patience, exceptional step-by-step explanatory skills, strong classroom management, and an encouraging demeanor.
