As our founding Masseuse, you will set the standard for guest experience, hygiene, and professional practice that the entire spa team will be built around. If you are certified, technically strong, and take quiet pride in doing things properly, this is your moment. Responsibilities Deliver professional massage and wellness treatments tailored to each guest's needs Consult guests before sessions to assess preferences and flag any concerns Maintain an immaculate, fully stocked, and hygiene-compliant treatment room daily Manage equipment, linens, oils, and supplies to ensure consistent readiness Document treatment records and guest preferences accurately after each session Report equipment issues, stock gaps, or guest concerns promptly to management Requirements 2-3 years of experience - Professional massage therapy Multiple treatment modalities - Guest consultation and needs assessment Hygiene and sanitation compliance Professional boundary management Treatment record-keeping Massage therapy certification Multi-modality technique proficiency (Swedish, deep tissue, etc.) Treatment room hygiene and sanitation protocols Guest intake and contraindication assessment SOP documentation and treatment menu structuring - Scheduling and rotating shift management Preferred Qualifications SOP documentation Treatment menu development Experience setting up a new spa or wellness facility What the Role Offers As the founding hire, you are positioned to lead the spa team as it is built, moving into a Senior or Lead Therapist role as the wellness function matures.
