Reports To: General Manager

Location: Free Zone, Ibeju - Lekki

Job Responsibilities

  • Maximize truck utilization through effective planning and scheduling.
  • Optimize truck deployment to reduce fuel consumption and operating costs.
  • Ensure the assigned fleet achieves the minimum monthly trip targets
  • Work closely with the Sales team and third-party customers to secure additional haulage opportunities that improve fleet utilization.
  • Ensure timely and reliable delivery of products for local, inter-district and bridging operations.
  • Coordinate truck mobilization to meet loading schedules and customer requirements.
  • Monitor delivery performance and proactively resolve issues affecting service delivery.

Requirement

  • HND or Bsc in Business Administration, Transport management or a related field is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in haulage, logistics operations or fleet management as a Logistics Lead or Supervisor.
  • Relevant administrative certification is an advantage.
  • Team-oriented with good reporting discipline.
  • Proximity to Ibeju Lekki is an advantage
