Key Responsibilities

Logistics Operations & Shipment Management

  • Manage end-to-end shipment processes for both import and export cargo
  • Coordinate Sea freight, road transportation, and cross-border logistics operations
  • Monitor shipment progress and ensure timely delivery of cargo
  • Resolve operational challenges and ensure service continuity

Customs Clearance & Documentation

  • Coordinate customs clearance procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Prepare, review, and manage shipping and logistics documentation accurately
  • Ensure all import and export activities comply with government regulations and company policies

Customer & Stakeholder Management

  • Liaise effectively with shipping lines, transporters, customs authorities, warehouse operators, and clients
  • Provide timely shipment updates and operational support to customers
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving escalated issues promptly

Warehousing & Supply Chain Coordination

  • Coordinate warehousing activities and inventory movement where applicable
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless cargo handling and storage operations
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

Business Development & Client Growth

  • Identify and secure new customers to support business growth objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Support sales initiatives through customer engagement and solution-based logistics offerings

Compliance & Operational Excellence

  • Ensure adherence to logistics procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accuracy of shipment records and operational reports
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance productivity and service quality

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in logistics, freight forwarding operations, and sales
  • Strong knowledge of import and export regulations, customs clearance procedures, and logistics operations
  • Understanding of warehousing operations and cargo management processes
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and logistics management systems
