Master's degree in Library Science, together with one (1) conference or seminar paper.
A good Bachelor's degree, with a minimum of Second-Class Lower Division, in Library Science (B.LS), together with at least three (3) years of post-qualification cognate experience and one (1) conference or seminar paper.
Internal progression route: A serving Librarian II who has completed at least three (3) years of satisfactory service on that grade and presented one (1) conference or seminar paper.
