The Litigation Lead supervises and mentors the Litigation Specialist(s) and Analyst(s), and ensures consistent, prudent, and cost-effective legal action in the defence and pursuit of the Refinery's interests. Key Duties and Responsibilities Litigation Strategy and Oversight: Champion the implementation of the Refinery's Litigation and Dispute Resolution framework, processes, and tools.
