Legal Audit Manager At Adron Homes & Properties Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal and compliance audits across the Company's operations.
• Review contracts, policies, and legal documentation to ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
• Identify legal and regulatory risks and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Evaluate compliance with corporate governance and statutory obligations.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to Management.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and external solicitors where necessary.

Requirements

• LL.B and B.L. (LL.M is an added advantage).
• Minimum of 7 years' post-call experience in legal audit, compliance, corporate legal practice, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian laws, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical, report writing, and communication skills.
