Doctorate degree in the relevant discipline, with at least three (3) years of teaching, research or relevant industrial experience, together with three (3) conference/seminar papers, three (3) journal articles, and at least one (1) chapter contribution in a standard textbook comprising not less than ten (10) chapters, published within the last four (4) years.

A serving Lecturer II with at least three (3) years of satisfactory service as Lecturer II, together with three (3) conference/seminar papers, three (3) journal articles, and at least one (1) chapter contribution in a standard textbook comprising not less than ten (10) chapters, published within the last four (4) years.
