We are seeking a commercially driven Key Account Manager to manage key client relationships, drive revenue growth, acquire new customers, and promote technology and cybersecurity solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow assigned key accounts to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Promote cybersecurity solutions to prospective and existing clients.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial presentations.
Manage sales pipelines and follow up on leads and opportunities.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Collaborate with technical and internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.
Monitor account performance and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Exceed monthly, quarterly and annually target
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Key Account Management, B2B Sales, Business Development, or a related role.
Experience in IT, technology, cybersecurity, or enterprise solutions is highly desirable.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong business development and closing abilities.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and sales opportunities effectively.
