We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Finance Analyst/Accountant to support our finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
Record and reconcile daily financial transactions.
Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports.
Support budgeting and financial forecasting activities.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare bank reconciliations and journal entries.
Assist with payroll processing and statutory remittances.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
Support internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and accounting standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2 - 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
ACA/ACCA (in view or part-qualified) is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Good communication and report-writing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
