It Support Executive At Reelfruit

The IT Support Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless system operations, and driving technology improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. This role requires proactive problem-solving, a strong understanding of IT systems, and effective collaboration with various departments.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

IT Infrastructure Management:

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
• Monitor and maintain servers, networks, and workstations to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Ensure data backups, recovery systems, and security protocols are in place and functional.

Technical Support:

• Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Manage IT helpdesk operations and respond to queries promptly.
• Train employees on the effective use of technology tools and software.

System Optimization and Upgrades:

• Identify opportunities for system enhancements and implement upgrades to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with vendors to procure, install, and configure new systems and software.
• Ensure all systems and applications are up-to-date and running effectively.

Network and Security Management:

• Monitor network performance and ensure secure access to company systems.
• Implement cybersecurity measures to protect against data breaches and threats.
• Regularly review and update IT security policies and protocols.

Data Management and Reporting:

• Maintain the company's database systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Generate reports and analytics to support business decision-making.
• Manage cloud-based applications and services.

Process Improvement:

• Evaluate existing IT processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.
• Support the automation of repetitive tasks to streamline workflows.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure compliance with IT regulations and standards.
• Document IT policies, procedures, and user manuals.

Educational Qualifications, Experience & Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor\'s Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure management, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networking, and cybersecurity principles.
• Proficiency in system administration tools, ERP software, and cloud-based applications.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
