The IT Support Adviser is responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems, ensuring seamless operations across office and field environments.
This role involves resolving hardware and software issues, supporting network infrastructure, managing IT service requests, and ensuring compliance with IT security policies.
The IT Support Adviser plays a key role in maintaining high system availability, cybersecurity protection, and IT user efficiency.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience:
3 - 5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or helpdesk roles, preferably in the oil & gas, energy, or industrial sector.
Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
Experience with network troubleshooting, hardware/software support, and cybersecurity practices.
Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools, Active Directory, Office 365, and enterprise applications.

Cybersecurity & IT Compliance Certifications
Enterprise Software & Industrial IT Certifications
