The IT Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing IT operations and providing effective technical support.
Responsibilities
Provide frontline technical support for laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and ERP systems to ensure minimal downtime and uninterrupted business operations.
Oversee all IT-related activities at the site.
Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices, including OS deployment, system upgrades, and hardware troubleshooting.
Diagnose and resolve software, login, and Active Directory access issues.
Support network and shared printers, including driver configuration and scan-to-email/folder troubleshooting.
Provide first-line ERP support, resolving user access issues and transaction errors while escalating system bugs when necessary (SAP and other business applications).
Manage user accounts, permissions, and email configuration (Google environment).
Log and resolve incidents through a helpdesk system, ensuring SLA compliance and user satisfaction.
Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues, including LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, and VPN access.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
CompTIA A+.
Microsoft Certified Modern Desktop Administrator and Google Platforms.
ITIL Foundation (for service management environments).
3 - 5 years of experience in end-user technical support.
Strong troubleshooting skills for laptops, desktops, printers, and scanners.
Hands-on experience with Windows OS installation, configuration, and maintenance.
Experience managing user accounts in Active Directory.
Basic understanding of networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, VPN).
