Job Summary

  • We are seeking a competent and proactive IT Officer to manage, maintain, and support the company's IT infrastructure and ensure the smooth operation of all technology systems across the office and production environment.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to staff, maintaining computer systems and networks, managing IT equipment, ensuring data security, and promptly resolving technology-related issues.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, HND, or OND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2 - 4 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
  • Practical knowledge of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and network troubleshooting.
  • Experience with CCTV monitoring, playback, installation, or troubleshooting is an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and respond effectively to urgent technical issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
