Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular audits across restaurant outlets and business operations.
  • Review inventory, sales, cash handling, expenses and operational records.
  • Identify control weaknesses, discrepancies, fraud risks and process violations.
  • Conduct stock counts and investigate inventory variances.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs and financial controls.
  • Prepare clear audit reports and recommend corrective actions.
  • Follow up on audit findings to ensure timely resolution.
  • Support investigations into suspected losses, fraud or misconduct.
  • Monitor adherence to food, safety, hygiene and operational standards where applicable.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a minimum of Bachelor's Degree qualification with 3 - 5 years' work experience.
