A Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution, with a minimum of Lower Credit, at least three (3) years of post-qualification cognate experience, and evidence of the production or fabrication of at least one (1) functional project in the relevant discipline.
A serving Instructor II with at least three (3) years of satisfactory cognate experience on that cadre and evidence of the production or fabrication of at least one (1) functional project in the relevant discipline.
