Ensures immediate escalation of quality complaints beyond resolution after 24 hours to clients or line managers as applicable. Storage Management Ensure products are stored within the right temperature range, monitor and report. Ensures 100% accuracy of batch and shelf-life management of all product categories. Ensures proper management of all controlled drugs and entries into the poison book. Ensures storage and management of damaged and expired products in the segregated areas according to quality and regulatory standards. Review, investigate, resolve, and report on quality complaints, deviations, and discrepancies. Determine deviations that could impact product quality in storage and distribution and escalate as applicable. Facilitate the storage management of products placed on NAFDAC HOLD, and the control, sampling, and release of same. Assets & Risk Management Support the maintenance/management of DC operational and quality assets such as security system installations, air cooling systems, generators, MHEs etc. Ensures these assets above are serviced as at when due. Ensures all temperature monitoring and record devices are compliant with required standards as per calibration, re-calibration and validation. Perform root cause analysis of deviations, develop, and implement corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans to prevent re-occurrence.
