Role Summary

The HR Manager will be responsible for leading both the strategic and operational aspects of the Human Resources function. The successful candidate will partner with management to drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, learning and development, and employee relations initiatives across the organisation.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Sociology, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant professional HR certification(s), which will be considered an added advantage.
  • Additional postgraduate or professional qualifications will be highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 12 to 15 years of progressive HR experience within the FMCG, Banking, Insurance, Retail, Manufacturing, or FinTech sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic HR leadership, talent management, employee engagement, organisational development, and workforce planning.
