  • FMR Agency is recruiting a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support human resource operations and administrative processes.
  • The successful candidate will assist in recruitment coordination, employee documentation, record management, and day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
  • This role is ideal for someone passionate about building a long-term career in Human Resources and gaining hands-on experience in a structured work environment.
  • Ultimately, you will support the smooth execution of HR processes while ensuring compliance, organization, and professionalism across HR functions.
  • Support recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation accurately.
  • Assist in onboarding and employee documentation processes.
  • Provide administrative support for HR operations and internal communications.
  • Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of employee and organizational records.
  • Minimum of an HND / BSc Degree n Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a full cycle Human Resources role.
  • Must be resident within Abuja (FCT).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
