Job Description

  • ‎Our client is seeking an experienced and structured Human Resources Lead to drive workforce performance and strengthen HR operations within a fast-paced fashion and retail organization.
  • ‎This is not a traditional HR administrative role. We are looking for a hands-on HR professional who can build systems, drive structure, support leadership, and foster a high-performance culture.
  • ‎The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a growing environment, managing multiple HR priorities, and implementing processes that support business growth and operational efficiency.

‎‎Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Administration:

  • ‎Oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
  • ‎Maintain HR documentation, policies, and employee records.
  • ‎Ensure smooth execution of HR processes across departments.

‎Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:

  • ‎Lead recruitment initiatives to attract and hire top talent.
  • ‎Improve hiring processes and candidate experience.
  • ‎Support workforce planning aligned with business growth objectives.

‎Policy Development & Compliance:

  • ‎Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • ‎Ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace regulations.
  • ‎Maintain consistency in HR processes and documentation.

‎Performance Management:

  • ‎Implement performance management systems and frameworks.
  • ‎Support managers in performance evaluations and goal setting.
  • ‎Track employee performance and drive accountability.

‎Employee Engagement & Culture:

  • ‎Drive employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture programs.
  • ‎Support employee satisfaction and retention strategies.
  • ‎Foster a positive and high-performance work environment.

‎Employee Relations & Conflict Management:

  • ‎Handle employee concerns and workplace issues.
  • ‎Support conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
  • ‎Promote professional and respectful workplace interactions.

‎Training & Development:

  • ‎Identify training and development needs.
  • ‎Coordinate learning and development initiatives.
  • ‎Support employee growth and career progression.

‎Strategic HR Support:

  • ‎Provide HR support to leadership and department heads.
  • ‎Support organizational structure and team development.
  • ‎Contribute to HR strategy and operational improvements.

‎Requirements

Education:

  • ‎Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • ‎Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM) is an added advantage.

‎Experience:

  • ‎Minimum of 4 years of HR experience.
  • ‎Experience managing HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations.
  • ‎Experience working in retail, fashion, or fast-paced environments is preferred.
  • ‎Experience working in growing organizations is an advantage‎.
