Assist with training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives designed to develop employee capability and performance. Gain practical exposure to performance management systems, KPI tracking, HR reporting, and employee development processes. Work on meaningful HR projects while supporting day-to-day operations that drive people and business outcomes. What We're Looking For Degree in relevant disciplines such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, Sociology, or other related fields.
