We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner / Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
As a Cleaner / Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our facilities are welcoming and comfortable for our guests, contributing to an exceptional experience in the hospitality environment.
Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness.
Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required, ensuring all items are fresh and well-presented.
Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain a pristine environment throughout the premises.
High-standard bathroom care: Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and toilets to perfection.
Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Follow established cleaning protocols and health regulations to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests or concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
Requirements
Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality or hotel industry is preferred.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to handle guest requests professionally.
