Head Of Vehicle Operations At Gamma Mobility

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Head of Vehicle Operations will lead Gamma Mobility's core operations across multiple markets, ensuring vehicles are efficiently deployed, assets are safeguarded, and customers enjoy consistent service quality. This role oversees Field Operations and Supply Chain, with responsibility for vehicle lifecycle management, operational risk control, and maximizing asset uptime through strong OEM and aftersales partnerships. As a key member of the leadership team, the Head of Operations will drive scalable processes, discipline, and transparency to support Gamma's growth ambitions across Africa.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 4 - 7+ years' senior leadership experience in mobility, logistics, or fleet management.
• Strong expertise in aftersales, OEM engagement, and SLA management.
• Proven record of scaling multi-location operations in high-growth environments.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
