The Emerging Africa Capital group or \"EAC\" group is a provider of financial services aimed to facilitate the investment process for African entities and individuals and for investors interested in Africa's attractive investment opportunities.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Solicit, develop, generate and manage full-service relationships with Trust Clients and prospects including sub-nationals, government agencies, corporates and HNIs to ensure realization of revenue budget.
• Lead business support functions on all relationships to provide clients with a high level of individualized customer service consistent with their service needs/expectations.
• Ensuring prudent and effective management of the Company's financial resources, personnel, and other resources.
• Day-to-day coordination and management of the support functions of the Trust business.
• Providing the Group's Executive Management with complete, accurate and timely information to enable it make sound decisions.
• Trust and fiduciary administration including payments, filing, bookkeeping clients' portfolios.
• Act as director, nominee director and signatory for clients' structures.
• Ensuring policies and procedures are in place for client on-boarding and management.
• Overseeing compliance issues and ensuring that the business is complying with regulatory requirements along with staff.
• Liaise with accountants to ensure co-ordination of administration and information.
• Promoting our trustee services to the trustees of all trusts so identified.
• Responsible for delivering services both internally focused in managing exposure to risk for the business and outwardly focused on delivering a professional and streamlined service to a range of trustees in-line with the company brand.
• Development of an interactive database of trust matters and the associated collateral to deliver a streamlined service.
• Coordinating the annual management of each trust and the preparation of annual trust accounts.

Education

• A degree in any Social Sciences discipline;
• Master's Degree / MBA would be an added advantage

Experience

• A minimum of 8 years' experience in trust and/or fiduciary company.
