Key Responsibilities
Centre Performance & Revenue Accountability (Primary Ownership)
- Own and deliver:

- Monitor:
- Daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics
- Identify and act on:
- Revenue gaps
- Growth opportunities within the centre
- Ensure optimal utilization of:
- Clinical services
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the centre
- Ensure:
- Smooth service delivery
- Minimal downtime or disruptions
- Optimize:
- Staff scheduling
- Workflow efficiency
- Maintain high standards of:
- Patient/customer experience
Regulatory & Compliance Oversight
- Ensure the centre operates in line with:
- Healthcare regulations
- Maintain:
- Valid licenses
- Required documentation
- Prepare for and support:
- Regulatory inspections
- Compliance audits
- Enforce adherence to:
- Company policies
- Clinical and operational guidelines
Cross-Functional Coordination (Very Key Role)
- with Group Growth Team Lead:
- Act as the primary execution point for marketing and sales initiatives
- Ensure:
- Campaigns are implemented at centre level
- Targets tied to campaigns are achieved
- Provide feedback on:
- Market response
- Patient/customer trends
- With Chief of People & Compliance:
- Act as the HR point person at the centre
- Support:
- Recruitment coordination
- Staff discipline and performance management
- Ensure:
- Staff compliance (licenses, documentation)
- Adherence to HR policies
- With VP Finance Team:
- Act as the finance coordination point at the centre
- Oversee:
- Basic financial discipline (cash handling, documentation)
- Support:
- Receivables tracking (especially HMOs)
- Cost control initiatives
- Ensure compliance with:
- Financial processes and controls
Clinical & Administrative Coordination:
- Provide administrative oversight for all staff at the centre
- Ensure:
- Clinical staff adhere to schedules and operational expectations
- Work with:
- Clinical Leads (who report clinically to group-level leadership)
- Maintain alignment between:
- Clinical quality
- Operational efficiency
Inventory & Resource Management
- Oversee:
- Stock availability
- Proper usage of consumables
- Work with Finance/Procurement to:
- Avoid stockouts
- Prevent wastage and pilferage
- Ensure proper handling of:
- Drugs (pharmacy)
- Medical consumables (hospital)
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Revenue vs target (monthly)
